I made this wallpaper at 1600 x 1200 pixels, so I've finally released it in that resolution. This was originally published April 10, 2004, and here's what I had to say at the time.
Hmm... I saw the first episode of this, and I got my color idea from the sunset when the shooting light first appears. So I added that to the background too ^^Generated in Terragen for the most part, I drew the roads so they look cartoon-y.
