I made this wallpaper also in 2002. I basically attempted to re-create the background that was in the original picture. The highest resolution I worked in at the time was 1600 x 1200, so I've finally released it in that size. Here are my comments from the time.
For this picture, I kept the style of the original image I saw in the Newtype and re-drew a "sheet" looking background. And since this one was text-ed over too, I had to re-draw Eclair's legs, dress and hair. ^^; But it paid off in the end!
